About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Software Developer to join our team and contribute to the creation and implementation of innovative eCommerce solutions. As a Magento Developer, you will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and deliver high-quality software that meets their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend stand-up meetings and contribute valuable insights to the team.
  • Develop high-quality software in Magento.
  • Design and implement user-friendly GUIs over great designs and usability.
  • Craft engaging human interactions with attention to minute details and edge cases.
  • Integrate backend APIs.
  • Provide additional technical and functional details as needed to reach low-level specifications over high-level algorithms and use cases.
  • Design proper unitary test cases for testing the quality of developed software.
  • Set up testing environments and data needed for executing unitary and functional testing.
  • Support the testing team.
  • Maintain existing code by troubleshooting and enhancing it.
  • Grasp perfectly the use cases of implemented and maintained solutions.
  • Explain and present the different use cases and software components to other team members.
  • Share knowledge and designs.
  • Provide proper technical and project documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • You hold an engineering, computing, telecommunications, or sciences degree.
  • You have valuable experience as a developer of eCommerce solutions (3-5 years).
  • You have valuable experience as a Magento 2 developer (3-5 years).
  • You have solid experience in JS, JQuery, CSS, Json, XML, HTML, and PHP.
  • You have valuable experience in implementing web applications.
  • You have valuable experience in designing and implementing GUIs.
  • You have strong CI/CD skills and experience.
  • You have trouble-shooting, bugs-fixing, root cause analysis, solutioning, and reporting skills.
  • You have experience using Jenkins, GitHub/Bitbucket, Jira, Postman, and Selenium.
  • You possess curiosity and a positive attitude.
  • You have ambition to learn and grow as a software engineering professional.
  • You have an end-to-end delivery mindset throughout the full lifecycle of software development.
  • You are respectful, a team-builder, a hard worker, and you have a flexible mindset.
  • You have excellent English skills and can communicate effectively with international teams where English is the primary language.
