Our Opportunity:

As an Enterprise Sales Director - Strategic Partnerships at Diputech, you will play a critical role in shaping our enterprise sales strategy and expanding our presence in the corporate market. You will work closely with our marketing and product teams to develop and execute sales plans that drive revenue growth and client satisfaction.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet enterprise revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, including banks and key retail accounts.
  • Oversee key accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with the brand's identity and market positioning.
  • Track sales performance against targets, prepare regular reports, and present insights to senior management.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop customized solutions to meet client needs.
  • Leverage existing connections with top-tier management in corporate accounts to generate business leads.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3–5 years in a senior sales position, preferably in the smartphone or AIoT industry.
  • Corporate Expertise: Established connections with top-tier management in corporate banks and retail accounts.
  • Sales Achievements: Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Brand Understanding: Strong understanding of branding principles and their application in sales.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Location: Lahore (mandatory).
