Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Search Engine Marketing and Paid Search Team Lead to join our team.


Responsibilities
  1. Optimization Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to increase the company's search engine results rankings.
  2. Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research in coordination with business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities.
  3. SEM Analysis: Provide in-depth SEM analysis and recommendations in coordination with website elements and structure.
  4. Link-Building: Implement link-building campaigns in alignment with client SEO goals.
  5. Social Media: Assist in developing and executing communication/content strategies via social communities in coordination with SEM goals.
  6. Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO, search engine, social media, and internet marketing industry trends and developments.
  7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members to manage SEM strategy.
  8. Content Optimization: Update content and website links for maximum optimization and search engine rankings.
  9. Traffic KPIs: Ensure successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic, and owned channels.
  10. New Channels: Identify and test new channels to continue meeting or exceeding established critical metrics.
  11. Funnel Conversion: Work closely with management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback, and present results.
  12. Customer Value: Identify opportunities to drive customer value based on actual behaviors through different channels and prioritize them.
  13. Conversion Rates: Boost conversion rates between full funnel segments by introducing creative ideas to enhance KPIs.
  14. Data Requirements: Work with team members to understand data requirements and objectives, resulting in successful deliverables.
  15. Performance Metrics: Analyze and report on critical performance metrics.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a related role, particularly within the start-up space.
  • Prior experience in a similar role, with expertise in building effective multi-channel PPC, SEO, and SEM campaigns.
  • Solid channel analysis and reporting skills, including experience with Google Analytics.
  • Excellent analytical skills, leveraging data, metrics, analytics, and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Professional experience in A/B testing and data analytics.
  • Basic understanding of business financials, ROI, and profitability concepts.
  • A portfolio demonstrating successful growth implementations and interventions.
  • Quick learner capable of collecting, organizing, analyzing, and communicating data effectively.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with strong presentation and persuasion abilities.
