Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative receptionist to provide exceptional customer service and support to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome visitors, directing them to the appropriate person or department as needed.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and well-stocked with necessary materials, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for all visitors.
  • Provide accurate information via phone or in person, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
  • Maintain office decorum by controlling access via the front desk, monitoring the logbook, and issuing visitor badges as required.
  • Perform various clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, and other administrative tasks.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience as a Front Desk Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, or similar role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with hands-on experience with office equipment such as photocopiers and printers.
  • A professional attitude and appearance, with strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • A resourceful and proactive approach to handling issues, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
