We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media and possess a deep understanding of various platforms, trends, and strategies to effectively build and manage online presence.
As a Social Media Strategist, you will have the opportunity to develop and execute digital campaigns, create engaging content, align cross-functional teams, and oversee external partnerships for optimal results.
Main Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring understanding of objectives and maintaining satisfaction.
- Optimize company and client social media presence, staying updated on platform changes for maximum visibility.
- Formulate a comprehensive strategy aligning with brand guidelines, identifying key themes for each platform.
- Develop and execute monthly content calendars for company and clients, aligning posts with marketing goals.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns aligned with marketing strategies, adjusting based on performance.
- Collaborate with internal departments to align social media efforts with broader business objectives.
- Identify and engage influencers to expand reach and enhance brand credibility.
- Analyze social media metrics, prepare regular reports, and establish KPIs to measure ROI.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency setting.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and programmatic displays.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns for clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
