Key Account Manager

To efficiently manage client relationships, ensuring timely delivery on all aspects from artwork to billings, leading to a seamless flow of meetings and work.

Responsibilities:

  • Initiate projects for key clients.
  • Develop schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Plan and coordinate meetings and presentations, preparing and distributing agendas.
  • Maintain accurate records and issue necessary requisitions.
  • Analyze and understand creative briefs in advance.
  • Evaluate submissions against the brief.
  • Ensure tasks are completed according to schedule.
  • Anticipate and address deviations from standard processes.
  • Be responsible for all outputs related to assigned accounts.
  • Monitor and report on all aspects to immediate superiors.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in management or related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of agency operations.
  • Familiarity with client brands and industry trends.
  • Experience in managing workflow.
  • Basic understanding of support department functions.
  • Able to learn quickly.
