Job Title: Regional Operations Leader

This role is perfect for a motivated and results-driven professional who is passionate about retail operations, team management, and sales growth.

About the Role:
  • Fully responsible for the proper functioning of all branches under their jurisdiction.
  • Provide required assistance to other branches and ensure effective sales and customer service.

The ideal candidate will have an MBA in Marketing with 5+ years of experience in Retail Operations. They must be able to lead and develop a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales and Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer experience, driving sales growth and customer loyalty.
  2. Branch Operations: Ensure seamless branch operations, including stock management and cost control.
  3. Budget and Cost Control: Develop and manage budgets, controlling costs and maximizing profitability.
  4. Stock Presentation and Management: Oversee stock presentation and management, maintaining high standards of quality and visual appeal.
  5. People Management: Lead and develop a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Directly report to the Operations Manager and Brand Manager. Responsible for translating weekly/daily targets to all branches concerning sales, stock, rotas, and cost minimization.
