Lead Generation Specialist

The primary goal of this role is to develop a consistent and reliable business forecast by creating a healthy pipeline of qualified leads. This involves prospecting to business decision makers and partners, identifying their needs and issues, and capturing market intelligence.

  • Prospect, qualify, and develop sales-ready leads through targeted outreach and communication with potential customers.
  • Analyze current sales campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Overcome objections and concerns from prospective customers to ensure successful lead generation.
  • Distribute leads to the sales team based on defined criteria and leadership guidance.

To achieve these objectives, you will need to utilize strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Additionally, you should be able to analyze data and metrics to track the success of your efforts.

Qualify Opportunity:
  1. Conduct a discovery call to understand the prospect's requirements and needs.
  2. Qualify and document the opportunity using the BANT method (Budget, Authority, Need, Time).
  3. Update the CRM system to reflect the new lead and opportunity.
Job Requirements
  • Fluent spoken and written English - Mandatory.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and night shifts.
  • Business writing skills and experience in selling IT solutions.
  • Solution selling skills and experience in negotiating with clients.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, interpersonal, and multi-tasking skills.
