Data Analytics Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Coordinator to join our team and lead our data analytics projects.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in a startup, consulting, or data analytics environment;
• Demonstrated ability to implement project management best practices and tools effectively;

• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana) and Microsoft Office Suite;
• Experience managing teams, tracking productivity metrics, and handling timesheet management;

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Coordination:
• • Develop comprehensive project plans with clear objectives, milestones, and deliverables tailored to UK-based clients.
  • Assign tasks to team members, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met consistently.
  • Manage timesheets and oversee team productivity, ensuring optimal use of resources.
• Implement Best Practices:
• • Introduce and establish project management best practices and workflows to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Implement and manage project management tools (e.g. Trello) to streamline processes and improve team collaboration.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine operational procedures to support the team's growth and success.
• Team Leadership and Development:
• • Foster a collaborative and supportive team culture, encouraging open communication and continuous improvement.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, promoting professional development and skill enhancement.
  • Assist with recruitment efforts as needed for project requirements, helping to build a strong and capable team.
• Client Communication and Relationship Management:
• • Serve as the primary point of contact for UK clients, ensuring effective communication and understanding of client needs.
  • Regularly update clients on project progress, gather feedback, and adjust plans as necessary to meet expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and long-term partnerships.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field;
