Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately enter financial transactions into our internal database systems.

  • Prepare various types of vouchers and verify payments, amounts, and records for accuracy.
  • Assist in the preparation of invoices and expense reports, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Analyze financial data to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Conduct research to support budgeting and financial forecasting initiatives, providing valuable insights to stakeholders.
  • Review financial documents and journal entries for accuracy, maintaining high standards of quality control.
  • Filing and maintaining organized documentation, ensuring seamless operations and compliance.
  • Provide administrative support as needed to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Expertise in QuickBooks software
  • 2-3 years of experience in accounting, preferably within the real estate industry
