
IT Support Role

This role offers the opportunity to work on various technical projects and develop your skills in system administration and network maintenance. As a Support Engineer, you will be responsible for resolving technical issues and escalating complex problems to senior teams.
Main Responsibilities- Identify and resolve routine operational systems problems
- Implement systems maintenance and administration
- Troubleshoot networks and systems
- Provide technical support and assistance to internal networks and existing employees
The following skills and qualifications are essential:
- At least 2-3 years of related professional experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- MCSE Certified, CCNA (good to have)
- Firm grasp of how the web works, networking, and software products
- Ability to take ownership of technical issues and work with cross-functional teams
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to document troubleshooting and problem resolution steps
- Knowledge of Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7, Linux and general desktop support issues
- Knowledge of DNS, TCP/IP, Domain Environment, Firewalls and other networking concepts
- Solid knowledge of internet protocols such as SSH, FTP, SFTP & HTTP
- Ability to use diagnostic tools such as trace route, ping, and dig
