Revenue Cycle Management Specialist | Business Development Professional
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to drive sales and expand our client base in the medical billing industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, client acquisition, and revenue cycle management (RCM).
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the medical billing & RCM sector.
- Become the go-to expert for building and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers, clinics, and hospitals.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Promote medical billing services to prospective clients and showcase our expertise.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably in medical billing or healthcare BPO.
- A basic understanding of medical billing, RCM, and healthcare industry regulations is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential.
- The ability to meet and exceed sales targets is crucial for success in this role.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management is beneficial.
- The capacity to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment is a must.
Salary and Benefits:
- A competitive salary ranging from 35k to 40k, depending on experience.
- An uncapped monthly commission structure provides opportunities for growth and success.
Working Conditions:
- Night shift: 6 PM to 3 AM.
- Location: Techno City 2, Rawalpindi.
