Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Shalimar Food Products. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily sales operations of sales representatives assigned to a particular geographical area.

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading food company and contribute to our success. Your primary responsibility will be to act as a point of contact for existing and potential distributors within your assigned territory, ensuring strong relationships and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage daily sales operations, including sales planning, execution, and analysis.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, identifying opportunities to increase sales and market share.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in food-related FMCG sales, preferably in a similar territory management position. You should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
