Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Public Relations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective public relations strategies, collaborating with other departments, and working on case management software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Public Relations Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive public relations strategies that meet the organization's objectives.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless work efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Case Management Software: Work proficiently with case management software to manage cases and maintain accurate records.
  • Public Relations Skills: Possess strong public relations skills, including excellent communication and interpersonal skills, to deal effectively with clients and witnesses.
  • Lega Database Knowledge: Have knowledge or experience of legal databases to provide valuable insights and support.
  • Legal Document Preparation: Assist in preparing, filing, and serving pleadings according to judicial procedures.
  • Document Organization: Organize and manage documents, including creating spreadsheets, to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
  • Drafting Legal Documents: Draft legal documents in accordance with judicial procedures to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research on legal policies and present written analysis to solicitors to inform decision-making.
  • Document Review and Response: Review and produce documents as required and respond to specific requests in a timely manner.
  • Litigation Assistance: Assist with litigation preparation to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
  • Accidental Case Management: Manage accidental cases effectively, creating and tracking them as needed.
  • Ongoing Tasks: Perform other related duties as assigned to contribute to the success of the organization.
