Job Title: Enterprise Project Management Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned project manager to oversee complex enterprise technology projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project lifecycle, from planning to execution and delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives within scope.
  • Implement and maintain project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including task assignments and resource allocation.
  • Hold regular project status meetings and communicate progress updates.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment, motivating team members to achieve project goals.
  • Track project progress using tools like Jira for transparency and visibility.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to project management.
  • Identify risks, resolve issues, and mitigate to ensure project success.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in technology project management, preferably in a Project/Development Manager role.
  • Strong expertise in Agile project management methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP or Agile Practitioner are highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Microsoft Project, or Trello.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience in working within regulated environments.
