Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement marketing strategies and roadmaps for our products.
  2. Create marketing plans aligned with our business objectives.
  3. Work closely with product development teams on go-to-market strategies based on each product.
  4. Design and maintain marketing databases for email, social channels, and display ad campaigns.
  5. Drive forward SEO and SEM efforts with internal and external partners.
  6. Benchmark marketing performance and prepare detailed reports.
  7. Partner with key stakeholders in the creation of high-quality content, landing pages, and manage publication life-cycles.
  8. Manage AdWords and other paid channels.
  9. Set targets and build strategies to achieve them.
  10. Create and test ad copy for operational efficiency.
  11. Create and optimize landing pages to increase signups.
  12. Develop and implement campaigns to improve lead quality and stay ahead of the competition.
  13. Analyze web traffic and other key metrics.
  14. Monitor KPIs and set up mechanisms to measure multiple campaigns across various online channels.
  15. Determine meaningful conclusions from campaign data and identify potential opportunities for improvement.
  16. Communicate campaign developments, timelines, and results with team members.

Requirements:

  1. A minimum of 5 years of progressive marketing experience, especially in digital marketing activities such as website, blogs, and social media campaigns, analytics, and optimization.
  2. Proven experience building campaign strategies from scratch.
  3. Excellent Excel skills, including familiarity with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
  4. Familiarity with analytics tools and ability to set up tracking/reporting mechanisms to capture key metrics.
  5. Experience working with data.
  6. Creativity in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  7. Experience with Google AdWords and Photoshop.
  8. Experience managing campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and emerging social channels.
  9. Familiarity with HubSpot is an asset.
  10. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  11. Strong PowerPoint skills and ability to create engaging presentations.
  12. A degree in Marketing or Mass Communication is preferred but not required.
