Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled procurement professional to join our team and assist in the development and implementation of centralized procurement strategies, ensuring alignment with our objectives.

Maintain strong relationships with vendors and ensure adherence to procurement policies, promoting ethical practices and compliance.

Support negotiations and contract finalizations, monitoring cost-saving initiatives and sourcing opportunities.

Coordinate procurement activities in accordance with regulatory requirements, preparing reports for procurement performance analysis.

Participate in vendor evaluation and feedback processes, contributing to the execution of procurement strategies.

Key Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Sound understanding of financial and risk management practices.
Responsibilities:

This role is responsible for managing procurement operations, ensuring transparency, efficiency, and compliance.

The position reports to the Deputy Director Procurement and supports the execution of procurement strategies aligned with our objectives.

Requirements:
  • Master's/Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant procurement or supply chain management experience.
  • Public or project-based procurement experience is highly valued.
  • Proficiency in SAP (SAP MM & FIN module) and MS Office.
