We are hiring a skilled and experienced Assistant Director to manage our software testing activities. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development of test strategies, leading test teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing, with at least 3 years of experience in managing test teams. They should be proficient in creating and maintaining test cases, defect management, and regression testing. Certification in CTFL (Certified Tester Foundation Level) by ISTQB is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of test strategy development and implementation
  • Leadership of software testing teams and ensuring timely delivery of projects
  • Identification and reporting of defects, and collaboration with developers to resolve them
  • Training and guidance of team members on testing methodologies and tools
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent
