  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to maintain our competitive edge.
  • Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency in design workflows.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Creative Director or Senior UX Designer in a reputable agency or in-house design team.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to articulate and present design concepts to both internal teams and clients.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of design trends, UX best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Experience in managing and mentoring a team of designers.
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
