We are seeking a seasoned Logistics Coordinator for our dynamic trucking campaign in the USA.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 months of experience in dispatch and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Negotiate rates with carriers to secure loads.
  2. Assign loads to logistics teams.
  3. Monitor the progress of shipments until delivery is completed.
  4. Manage inbound and outbound communication between logistics teams and clients.
  5. Submit invoices and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
  1. Exceptional proficiency in spoken and written English.
  2. Prior experience in the US trucking industry is preferred.
