Key Responsibilities:

The Industrial Recovery Manager will be responsible for the following key areas:

  • Financial Analysis: Analyze outstanding gas bills from industrial customers to identify areas for improvement.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by resolving disputes and answering queries in a timely manner.
  • Dispute Resolution: Resolve disputes with industrial customers in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Payment Plans: Implement and manage payment plans for industrial customers, providing flexible options to meet their needs.
  • Reporting: Develop and maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, finance, or economics.
  • At least 4 years of experience in a related field, preferably in customer service or debt recovery.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
