AI System Reliability Specialist

Lead a team of engineers focused on AI system reliability, robustness, and performance. Develop strategies to detect, diagnose, and mitigate failures across AI features in production.
- Design tools and processes to surface anomalies, performance regressions, and edge cases.
- Improve monitoring, observability, and data quality through cross-functional initiatives.
- Oversee data analysis and annotation processes for AI system workflows.
- Manage high-performing engineering teams, preferably in AI or ML infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of AI feature development lifecycles and model debugging.
- Proven experience with root cause analysis and reliability engineering.
- Excellent analytical mindset and ability to communicate complex ideas.
