• Loading and unloading goods from trucks or other vehicles
• Securing goods properly for transport
• Operating loading equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
• FOLLOWING safety procedures and regulations to ensure a safe working environment
• Communicating with truck drivers to coordinate loading and unloading processes

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience as a loader
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
• Ability to operate loading equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
• Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to loading and unloading goods
• Good communication skills
