At our organization, we are seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our team. This strategic position demands a comprehensive understanding of human resources principles and practices, coupled with a nuanced grasp of organizational dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • The primary function of this role encompasses the orchestration and execution of key HR processes, including recruitment efforts, talent management, employee engagement and retention strategies, and the cultivation of a culture of diversity and inclusion.
  • Assist the reporting manager in initiating strategic HR activities, including employee engagement initiatives, and contribute to the development and implementation of employee engagement programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing HR support and guidance to various departments, and foster a positive work environment contributing to a healthy organizational culture.

This role involves handling end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, employee relations, payroll management, and managing relationships with external vendors related to HR services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate HR policies and procedures clearly.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree or HR certification is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in human resources roles, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a similar HR Executive position.
  • Demonstrated experience in handling end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, employee relations, and payroll management.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in sourcing and recruiting candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and professional networks.
