Financial Operations Specialist

A professional with expertise in financial operations is required to oversee various tasks related to accounting, finance, and tax knowledge.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing financial statements, conducting bank reconciliations, managing accurate records of financial transactions, providing tax-related support, and performing other assigned tasks.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements, to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Bank Reconciliation: Conduct thorough bank reconciliations to identify any discrepancies and ensure the integrity of financial data.
  • Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions, ensuring seamless tracking and analysis of financial performance.
  • Tax Support: Provide expert tax-related advice and support to the team, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
  • Additional Tasks: Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Key Requirements:

  • Expertise in Accounting and Finance: Proven experience in financial operations, accounting, and finance, with a strong understanding of financial regulations and laws.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Effective Communication: Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision in all financial tasks.
