Hairstylist Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced hairstylist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in hairstyling and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with fashion stylists, makeup artists, and photographers to develop cohesive hair looks for each shoot.
  • Preparing models' hair on set or backstage, ensuring it aligns with the desired aesthetic campaign.
  • Suggesting hairstyles that complement outfit styling, face shape, and concept.

The successful candidate will also be expected to stay up-to-date with current trends in fashion and hair styling, and manage their time effectively to ensure all models are shoot-ready as per the schedule.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A diploma or certification in Hairdressing, Cosmetology, or Professional Hair Styling from a recognized institute.
  • A minimum of 2-4 years of hands-on experience in hairstyling, preferably in fashion shoots, editorials, fashion shows, or commercial productions.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A strong understanding of current trends in fashion and hair styling.
