Job Title: Network Development Manager

The Network Development Manager is a critical role in the real estate sector, responsible for creating and managing a robust network of channel partners. This includes brokers, agencies, and independent sales associates.

This position plays a pivotal role in driving sales, maintaining brand integrity, and supporting the company's expansion and customer acquisition goals.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Channel Strategy & Development: Develop a comprehensive roadmap to expand and strengthen the channel partner network across key geographies.
  • Identify and onboard new brokers, agents, and partner firms aligned with the company's market strategy.
  • Segment partners and define engagement models tailored to different tiers or regions.
  • Partner Enablement & Performance: Set performance targets and manage KPIs for channel partners.
  • Provide partners with necessary tools, training, marketing support, and technology platforms to drive conversions.
  • Conduct regular partner reviews to evaluate pipeline health, deal closures, and market feedback.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with top-performing brokers and agencies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key partners, resolving escalations and ensuring a seamless sales experience.
  • Compliance & Brand Standards: Ensure all partners adhere to regulatory, legal, and brand standards in presenting and selling real estate inventory.
  • Sales Collaboration & Market Intelligence: Work closely with internal sales, marketing, and project teams to align inventory positioning, incentives, and pricing strategy.
  • Gather and analyze market insights from partners to inform product, pricing, and promotional decisions.

A successful candidate will possess exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. They will also have a strong understanding of the residential/commercial real estate market and broker ecosystem.
