Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced software architect to join our team. As a solutions architect, you will be responsible for taking business requirements and turning them into a software design that can become a blueprint for the implementation team to follow.

  1. This role involves participating in the presales, user experience design, sprint, development, and delivery phases of a project.
  2. You will provide valuable input and review wireframes from a technical standpoint during user experience design.
  3. Before actual development work starts, you will produce necessary artifacts to provide the team with direction.
  4. Necessary artifacts for the development team will be provided as a Solutions Design Document.
  5. During the development phase, you will ensure that the design is followed and any changes in the design are documented.
  6. You will also be responsible for reviewing the work the development team produces.
  7. In addition, you will provide necessary training to developers and be the sole go-to person for stakeholders and the team on all technical matters.

Minimum Requirements

  1. A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a reputable university.
  2. 10+ years of hands-on experience, preferably as a full stack developer in multiple technologies.
  3. Minimum of 4 years of experience making important architecture & design decisions, such as data domain modeling, application of design patterns, & design using third-party components.
  4. Ability to work in a team environment with diverse/multiple stakeholders.
  5. Proven experience in engineering and software architecture design. In-depth understanding of coding languages, sound knowledge of various operating systems and databases, and strong organizational and leadership skills.

  1. Superior communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders, project managers, developers, and software vendors involved in the software development process.
  2. Project and resource management skills to ensure efficient use of project resources.
  3. Technical expertise across all major areas of the software development process, including hardware engineering.
  4. Risk identification and management skills to analyze and identify potential short and long-term risks that may cause technical issues and impede business operations in the future.
