We are seeking a skilled Social Media Manager to oversee our online presence. This role involves creating engaging content, managing posts, and interacting with followers to maintain a cohesive brand image.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research on industry trends and audience preferences to inform social media strategy
  • Develop and implement a social media plan aligned with business objectives
  • Establish specific goals and track return on investment (ROI)
  • Produce, edit, and publish high-quality content daily, including text, images, videos, and news
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and web traffic metrics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency
  • Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews
  • Oversee the design and maintenance of social media accounts, including cover photos and profile pictures
  • Suggest and implement new features to enhance brand awareness, such as promotions and contests
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
  • Hands-on experience in content management and creation
  • Able to deliver high-quality content across various formats
  • Strong knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, and Google Analytics
  • Familiarity with online marketing channels and web design principles
  • Analytical and multitasking skills, with ability to work under pressure
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field
