Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Description:

  1. Strategic Partnership and Growth: Collaborate with sales, marketing teams to achieve organizational objectives through effective business development strategies.
  2. Sales Database Management: Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities and customer information in a designated database system.
  3. Territory Planning: Develop targeted approaches to assigned sales territories to drive business growth.
  4. Cold Calling and Lead Follow-up: Engage in prospecting efforts, cold calling on businesses, and regular follow-ups on inbound leads and sales inquiries.
  5. Client Communication and Relationship Building: Respond to client inquiries, fostering strong relationships and identifying opportunities for business expansion.
  6. Closing Deals and Project Management: Implement effective closing strategies, lead project management activities, and ensure necessary actions are taken by the account team to meet sales targets.
  7. Team Leadership and Training: Lead and train other members of the account team, managing their work and driving results-oriented teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts
  • Handle all aspects of a campaign
  • Utilize an existing network of industry contacts to generate new business
  • Lead project management activity
  • Ensure necessary actions are undertaken by the account team
