Job Title: Software Development Lead

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned software development professional to lead our team in delivering high-quality software solutions.

  • Lead Software Development Team:
  • Understand client requirements and lead the team in developing software solutions that meet these needs.
  • Estimate project timelines, plan resources, and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Promote adherence to software development best practices and suggest process improvements.
  • Involved in software design, architecture, and coding.
  • Create software architectures with the team and adhere to .NET best practices.
  • Develop and maintain efficient code, create guidelines, and coach team members.
  • Enhance team efficiency through consistent techniques like reusability and minimal bugs.
  • Solve complex algorithm problems and take lead in writing software components.
  • Manage test and deployment of software on test and live servers.
  • Write web services.
Key Skills:
  • Strong Leadership Skills: Excellent planning and execution skills in software development.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong skills in designing, writing secure components, usability, and performance techniques.
  • Microsoft Technologies: Familiarity with new Microsoft technologies and recommended solution guides from Microsoft.
  • Database Design: Strong skills in designing web-based databases, database triggers, procedures, and query optimization.
Requirements:
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are required, especially documenting standard operating procedures.
  • ASP.NET Experience: At least 3 years of experience in writing web-based applications in the ASP.NET platform.
  • Web Services Experience: At least 1 year experience in writing web services, components for SharePoint portal.
  • Microsoft SQL Server Experience: At least 1 year working with Microsoft SQL Server.
