Job Title: Senior Production Manager

The Senior Production Manager is a critical leadership position that oversees the fabrication team's activities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Development: Lead the development of product designs based on market requirements and customer specifications.
  • BOM Management: Prepare detailed bills of material for costing purposes.
  • Fabrication Prototypes: Fabricate prototypes for approved contracts and tenders.
  • Cost Efficiency Initiatives: Implement cost-saving measures in product design.
  • Component Sourcing: Select parts to be localized or vendorized with coordination from the Product Research & Development department.
  • Die Preparation: Prepare dies, jigs, and fixtures for in-house parts production.
  • Manufacturing Process Planning: Plan, organize, and control manufacturing process activities.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Provide service to satisfy customer wants in terms of cost and timing.
  • Resource Optimization: Obtain maximum effect from resources while minimizing loss, under-utilization, or waste.
  • Machinery Maintenance: Maintain machines and other facilities in optimal condition.
  • Quality Assurance: Coordinate with Quality Assurance to ensure quality of parts.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Study and prepare/identify parts for new models and their duty structure as per government rules.
