Technical Consultant Position

This role focuses on delivering customer-centric technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration of our products with clients' business operations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing bespoke integrations, identifying areas for process improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed solution architectures that meet client needs, working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements.
  • Map complex business processes onto our product's capabilities, creating innovative integration flows that enhance the customer experience.
  • Design and deploy new app connectors, authentication mechanisms, and data synchronization tools, ensuring high-quality results.
  • Lead workshops to gather requirements, create statements of work, and guide the onboarding process for new clients.
  • Resolve integration issues, optimize system performance, and document best practices for future reference.
  • Act as a liaison between product development and customer success teams, fostering collaboration and driving adoption of our solutions.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in RESTful APIs, JSON, HTTP protocols, webhooks, and OAuth 2.0 (SAML/JWT a plus).
  • At least 3 years of experience in technical consulting, professional services, or systems integration for software-as-a-service companies.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both developers and business stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with iPaaS / workflow tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, Workato, or Tray.
  • Strong skills in requirements gathering, business analysis, and project scoping.
  • Experience in developing custom agents and code fluency in popular programming languages like Python, JavaScript, or Ruby.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering (or equivalent practical experience).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Background in prompt engineering or LLM-driven automation.
  • Knowledge of GraphQL, gRPC, or enterprise-grade authentication mechanisms.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS domains such as CRM, marketing automation, or support platforms.
  • Track record of working in startup or high-growth environments.
