Project Management Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled Project Management Specialist to lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring successful execution through careful planning, communication, and stakeholder alignment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans.
  • Manage day-to-day project execution and ensure timely task completion.
  • Monitor project KPIs and share regular status reports with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients to allocate resources effectively.
  • Identify risks and roadblocks early and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and follow best practices.
  • Conduct regular testing and quality assurance.
  • Facilitate clear and consistent communication among team members and stakeholders.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and build strong working relationships.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of the Shopify platform (themes, apps, integrations).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • A collaborative, solution-focused mindset.
  • Experience with project tracking tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or similar).
