Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Operations Leader to manage our nationwide technical operations.

This role requires a proactive leader with strong technical knowledge, vendor management skills, and the ability to oversee facility operations across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in facilities operations, MEP, sales engineering, or a techno-commercial role, with a strong background in quotations, business cases, and budgets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all facility-related issues.
  • Lead and manage a team of technical supervisors and technicians nationwide.
  • Monitor inventory and maintenance software.
  • Oversee building systems, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and ELV IT systems.
  • Manage vendors and service contracts for facility upkeep.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Develop and implement policies, SOPs, and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Prepare and share quotations and financial proposals.
  • Conduct HSE compliance inspections and respond to emergencies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years' experience in facilities operations, MEP, sales engineering, or a techno-commercial role.
  • Strong background in quotations, business cases, and budgets.
  • Willingness to travel nationwide.
  • OSHA 30 certification (or equivalent) preferred.
