Supply Chain Management Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Management Professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage information systems for vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
  • Coordinate with vendors and resolve queries to ensure transparency and a positive company image.
  • Register new suppliers in the Oracle-ERP system for tendering purposes.
  • Create accounts in the Oracle-ERP system and prepare documentation for releasing payments.
  • Add new supplier sites to existing vendor accounts and update vendor information.
  • Update records in existing vendor accounts upon request from suppliers and contractors.
  • Deactivate vendor accounts that have been debarred or blacklisted and coordinate with relevant departments.
  • Restore vendor accounts after the barred period and inform relevant departments.
  • Support communication with vendors and end-user departments to resolve vendor record queries.
  • Analyze data from Oracle-ERP and create status reports on Approved Capital Budget items.
  • Evaluate risks and report key risks.

This role assists the Manager SPM in all SCM-related activities. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have a strong understanding of supply chain management principles.
