Job Title: Senior UI Designer

About the Position

We're seeking a talented UI/UX designer with a strong eye for aesthetics and user behaviour. If Figma is your second language, and you're passionate about crafting intuitive, sleek, and user-friendly digital experiences, we'd love to meet you.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn ideas into beautiful, functional interfaces that delight users and drive results. Your mission is to translate complex requirements into clean, elegant designs that make users fall in love with our products.

Main Responsibilities

  • Design engaging, user-centric interfaces using Figma from wireframes to polished UI screens.
  • Create user flows, journey maps, and interactive prototypes to illustrate solutions.
  • Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
  • Collaborate with teams to gather and evaluate user requirements.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain design systems and ensure consistency across platforms and products.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and techniques.

Key Qualifications

  • 2-4+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX designer or similar role.
  • Strong command of Figma.
  • Solid understanding of user-centred design principles.
  • Experience designing for web and mobile platforms.
  • Ability to interpret complex ideas into clear and intuitive interfaces.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking and execution.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

A Typical Workday

  • Morning check-in with the product team to align on priorities.
  • Reviewing Figma files and refining designs based on feedback.
  • Collaborating with developers through quick calls.
  • Researching competitors or user patterns for upcoming features.
  • Creating clickable prototypes for testing feature concepts.
  • Wrapping up the day by organizing design files and documenting updates.
