Job Description: EHS Professional

We are looking for an experienced EHS Professional to join our team at Al Fareed Enterprise. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective environmental, health, and safety (EHS) programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and minimize risks to our employees, contractors, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures that align with company objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for corrective action.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on EHS protocols and procedures.
  • Investigate incidents and near misses, and develop recommendations to prevent reoccurrence.
  • Collaborate with management and other departments to integrate EHS into all aspects of the business.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective EHS programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
