About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive mobile app promotion across app stores and social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of combining strong visual storytelling skills with data-driven marketing tactics to drive app installs, conversions, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Visual Content Creation & Optimization
    • Create high-converting visual assets (video ads, playable ads, demos) tailored for image/video editing apps.
    • Produce platform-optimized creatives (TikTok ads, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads) showcasing app features and editing capabilities.
    • Develop A/B test frameworks for visual assets (icons, screenshots, video previews) to maximize conversion rates.
    • Maintain consistent visual branding across all marketing channels.
  • App Store Optimization (ASO) & Mobile Growth
    • Conduct keyword research, optimize app metadata (title, description, keywords), and improve app store listings for higher visibility.
    • A/B test creatives (icons, screenshots, videos) to maximize conversion rates.
    • Monitor competitor strategies and industry trends to refine ASO tactics.
    • Manage app store listings, ratings, and reviews to enhance credibility and rankings.
  • Paid User Acquisition (UA) & Advertising
    • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other performance networks.
    • Manage budgets, bids, and targeting to maximize ROI and lower CPI (Cost Per Install).
    • Leverage retargeting strategies to re-engage lapsed users and improve retention.
  • Social Media & Organic Growth
    • Develop and execute organic social media strategies (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok) to drive app awareness and engagement.
    • Create compelling content (videos, carousels, stories, reels) tailored to mobile-first audiences.
    • Collaborate with influencers, communities, and PR teams to amplify reach.
    • Implement retargeting campaigns to convert engaged users into subscribers.
  • Analytics & Performance Tracking
    • Monitor KPIs (installs, retention, LTV, ROAS) using tools like Google Analytics, Firebase, Adjust, or Appsflyer.
    • Track performance metrics (CPI, ROAS, retention) using MMPs (Adjust, AppsFlyer) and store analytics.
    • Improve user onboarding and in-app engagement.
    • Generate reports, analyze campaign performance, and provide actionable insights.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with:

  • 3+ years of experience in mobile app marketing, ASO, and paid UA.
  • Expertise in Google Play Console, App Store Connect, and ASO tools (MobileAction, AppRadar, Sensor Tower).
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and programmatic networks.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends and influencer marketing.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
  • Creative thinker with excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
  • Familiarity with mobile attribution and analytics tools (Adjust, AppsFlyer, Firebase).
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with an ability to connect with diverse audiences.
