Are you a skilled engineer with a passion for building management systems (BMS) and automation technologies?

We are seeking candidates with a strong background in electronics and electrical systems, with 3-6 years of experience in engineering and technical roles.

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting site assessments, evaluating HVAC systems, and implementing system integration projects.

Key Qualifications:
  • Candidates should possess a degree in Electronics/Electrical or an equivalent field.
  • Hands-on experience with BMS OEM software, including Schneider Ecostruxture & Workplace tech tool, Johnson Controls Metasys, and Honeywell System Engineering tool, is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in calculating BMS design requirements, such as points or I/O calculation, controller requirements, wiring diagrams, and riser diagrams, is essential.
  • A strong understanding of HVAC equipment, including TR calculations and system integration workflows, is mandatory.
  • Candidates should be familiar with third-party discovery tools like BDT, YABE & Cimetrics and network and communication protocols, including BACnet, Modbus, and Profibus.
  • Installation and troubleshooting of BMS GUI/software, including BACnet objects and properties like alarm classes, notifications, segmentation, BACnet routing & APDU segmentation, is required.
  • Candidates must be willing to travel whenever required.
