Job Title: SAP Retail MM Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Retail MM specialist to support our organisation's digital transformation. As a seasoned expert in implementing large and complex SAP projects, you will design solutions to meet business requirements and work closely with process owners to understand their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement large and complex SAP projects, designing solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with business process/activity owners to understand business needs and develop solution designs.
  • Maintain expertise in Retail Master data, including Merchandise hierarchy, Article hierarchy, Article master, Article categories, and site master.
  • Manage Assortment & Layout Management, Pricing & Valuation, Procurement, Inventory management, Goods receipt and Issue handling, Goods Issue via Outbound process, Physical Inventory, and Cross Docking.
  • Ensure seamless Integration Knowledge - Multiple SAP module such as Finance and Accounting, Inventory, Warehouse Management, and Sales and Distribution.
  • Apply SAP Best Practices to accelerate delivery of SAP projects and reduce project cost.
  • Conduct Fit gap analysis and create RICEFs for business improvements, User exit, and interface etc.
  • Develop solutions to automate business processes.
  • Provide support experience in managing day-to-day IDOC monitoring, troubleshooting, and adherence to SLAs for incidents.
  • Demonstrate excellent consulting skills, independently handling business users and stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills
  • 5-6 years of experience in SAP Retail.
  • Knowledge of business process across Fashion, Hard Goods, and Food.
