  1. Main Responsibilities
  2. Liaise between customers and internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of solutions according to customer needs.
  3. Develop and maintain favorable relationships with clients to initiate and maintain business opportunities.
  4. Manage and develop client accounts to ensure successful outcomes.
  5. Lead a team of Account Managers to achieve operational goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  1. Possess proven account management or other relevant experience.
  2. Demonstrate ability to communicate and present credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  3. Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
  4. Proven ability to manage multiple projects while paying attention to detail.
  5. Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  6. Bachelor's degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
  7. 5+ years of marketing experience with agency background desirable.
  8. Deep understanding of digital technologies.
  9. Able to thrive in a results-driven environment.
