Assistant Manager Operations North

You will be at the forefront of optimizing operations, leading field teams, and ensuring seamless service delivery as we drive growth and transform the automotive sector.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple teams of technicians/engineers in the field to achieve operational excellence.
  • Motivate team members to achieve better performance through effective leadership and feedback.
  • Review team member performance and provide timely guidance for improvement.
  • Monitor on-field team performance to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Establish strong relationships with car dealers to foster a culture of collaboration and mutual respect.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and resolving issues promptly.
  • Provide accurate reports to stakeholders to inform strategic decisions.
  • Hire resources to expand teams in new cities based on demand and business needs.
  • Identify opportunities for expansion into new regions to drive business growth.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Able to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple responsibilities with ease.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision, while also being adaptable to changing priorities and unexpected situations.
  • Attention to detail and strong communication skills are essential for success in this role.
