We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team at Hazen Technologies Inc. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.
- Lead Generation: Develop and execute proactive outreach strategies to engage potential clients through calls, emails, and social media.
- Inbound Lead Management: Respond promptly to leads generated through marketing campaigns and qualify their potential to ensure alignment with our business priorities.
- Lead Qualification: Conduct advanced prospect research to ensure high-quality targeting and utilize criteria such as BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) to qualify leads and transfer them to Account Executives.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings, product demos, or calls with qualified prospects to advance the sales process.
- Market Research: Identify and research key decision-makers within target industries to enhance prospecting efforts and stay informed about emerging trends in the industry.
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in a sales development role or a similar sales position.
- Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
- A proven ability to meet or exceed sales-related KPIs in a fast-paced environment is required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are necessary.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales processes is an advantage.
- A results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to challenges is essential.
- The ability to work during U.S. business hours (night shift) 06:00 PM to 03:00 AM is required.
