This is an exciting opportunity to work with a forward-thinking and growing team on a diverse range of interesting projects and using the latest technologies.

As a Full Stack Technical Lead, you will provide a blend of hands-on and technical leadership within a passionate technical team, building hybrid and native mobile applications.

  1. Object-oriented design and programming
  2. UI and back-end development (Flutter and Xamarin)
  3. Systems integration
  4. Technical problem solving
  5. Research and development using emerging technologies
  6. Expert level in modern mobile and server coding and design practices.
  7. In-depth knowledge about multiple platforms including iOS, Android, Web, and API services
  8. Experienced in software development life cycle releases

The ideal candidate will be able to manage and lead a team of developers on multiple projects, design and develop complex mobile applications using Flutter and Xamarin, collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate systems and solve technical problems, stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions, ensure high-quality code and efficient delivery of mobile applications.

Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of application design and debugging
  • Excellent English language skills, demonstrating good speaking and written skills in English
  • Object-oriented programming in any programming language
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Degree Educated: Undergraduate degree or postgraduate degree/qualification in a relevant subject
  • Experience of managing development teams, including assessment, task distribution, motivation, clarification of requirements, and unblocking
  • 2+ years of experience in similar positions; this is not an entry-level role
  • Experience working on several complex software projects across different industries
  • 5+ years of experience in this field or other roles where you could have developed the required skills
