Job Title: Customer Partnerships Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and driven individual to join our team as a Customer Partnerships Specialist. In this role, you will play a vital part in developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.

Your primary responsibility will be to acquire new clients, grow existing accounts, and negotiate contracts to maximize profits. You will work closely with the Head of Marketplace to ensure seamless communication and collaboration across teams.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for:

  • Acquiring new clients with healthy commercials in their respective zones.
  • Functioning as the main contact person for city-wide Client Accounts.
  • Developing and maintaining strong, trustworthy relationships with all Accounts in the portfolio.
  • Analyzing and identifying upcoming needs and opportunities.
  • Negotiating contracts and closing agreements to maximize profits.
  • Responsible for MoM Growth of all assigned Accounts.
  • Celebrating progress of Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly initiatives with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Preparing reports on Commercial Metrics, Operational Metrics, Product Mix, Marketing Campaigns etc.
  • Forecasting and tracking key account Metrics (e.g. monthly & quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
  • Designing exclusive marketing campaigns, partnerships & co branding activities.
  • Supporting cross-functional teams in delivering the strategy by facilitating communication of lessons learned, resolving urgent issues, lining up appropriate group level support and deploying processes & tools.
  • Additional tasks/projects as they arise.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or relevant.
  • Good understanding of the retail landscape of Pakistan.
  • Acutely responsible and able to take full ownership of the function.
  • At least 2 - 3 years' experience in the relevant field.
  • Process-oriented and data-driven
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, or Google equivalents
  • Solid knowledge of the internet and e-commerce sector.
  • Driven and ambitious.
  • Proactive and able to lead independent projects.
  • Ability to perform root cause analysis and build process flows.
  • Detailed oriented and pay attention to all steps in the process.
