Real Estate Sales Specialist

As a Real Estate Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for generating and following up on leads, marketing and selling properties, conducting property tours and presentations, negotiating deals and closing sales, building and maintaining strong client relationships, creating high-quality real estate videos for social media platforms, and editing and publishing these videos online.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients.
  • Property Marketing: Utilize effective marketing strategies to promote properties and negotiate prices.
  • Client Relationship Building: Build trust and rapport with clients to ensure long-term relationships and referrals.
  • Social Media Content Creation: Produce engaging video content for TikTok and YouTube that showcases properties and attracts potential buyers.
Requirements:
  • Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in real estate or a related field.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Negotiation and Closing Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to secure deals and meet sales targets.
  • Self-Motivation and Results-Oriented: A self-driven individual who is results-oriented, with a focus on achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
  • Social Media Awareness: A strong understanding of social media trends, audience engagement, and content creation strategies.
