You will also be responsible for organizing educational fairs and other promotional events, ensuring successful execution from planning to post-event evaluation.

This includes choosing appropriate venues, negotiating venue fees, coordinating with vendors and partners, and promoting events through various marketing channels to maximize attendance and engagement.

Relationship Building

As a Marketing Communications Officer, you will build and maintain relationships with international and private schools in Pakistan to promote our services.

You will also develop partnerships with key stakeholders, including educational institutions, government agencies, and community organizations, and represent us at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and build connections.

Public Relations

You will develop and maintain relationships with media contacts to secure coverage in press, TV, and online publications.

This includes writing and distributing press releases, story pitches, and other PR materials, monitoring media coverage, and managing our company's reputation.

You will also manage our social media accounts, creating and scheduling content to engage with the audience, and optimize our website for SEO to attract more visitors and improve online visibility.

In addition, you will analyze digital marketing metrics to measure performance and improve strategies, respond to inquiries from prospective students and parents, provide detailed information about our services, conduct information sessions and presentations, and gather and analyze feedback from customers to improve marketing strategies and customer satisfaction.
