The Property Promotion Executive is responsible for promoting properties through various marketing channels and events. The ideal candidate will be skilled in creating engaging content, building relationships with clients and stakeholders, and analyzing campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute marketing plans to promote properties and enhance brand presence in the market.
  2. Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, email, and print materials.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, identifying opportunities for cross-promotion and upselling.
  4. Organize and participate in high-profile property exhibitions, open houses, and promotional events, showcasing properties and building client relationships.
  5. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, utilizing insights to adjust strategies and optimize results.
  6. Demonstrate expertise in property promotion, driving engagement and conversions.

Qualifications:

  1. Possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, demonstrating academic excellence.
  2. Demonstrate proven experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate industry, showcasing a track record of success.
  3. Excel in communication and interpersonal skills, effectively interacting with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  4. Demonstrate creativity, self-motivation, and a results-oriented mindset, driving innovation and achievement.
  5. Showcase the ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
