A highly skilled Software Quality Assurance Engineer is required to ensure the quality and reliability of software applications through rigorous testing and defect identification.

Responsibilities:
  1. Create detailed test plans, test cases, and scripts based on software requirements.
  2. Perform manual testing to identify defects, inconsistencies, and usability issues in software applications.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand software requirements and design effective test strategies.
  4. Perform regression testing to ensure stability and integrity of software applications.
  5. Develop automated test scripts using testing frameworks and tools.
  6. Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify software defects.
  7. Document and communicate test results, defects, and issues to development team.
  8. Collaborate with development team to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software applications.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  2. 1-2 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or similar role.
  3. Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
  4. Experience in writing and executing test plans, test cases, and scripts.
  5. Familiarity with different types of testing, such as functional, regression, and usability testing.
  6. Mobile testing experience is a must.
  7. API testing and database testing experience.
  8. Automated testing framework and tool experience is a plus.
  9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  10. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  11. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality software.
  12. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  13. Programming language proficiency is a plus.
  14. Agile development methodology experience is a plus.
Additional Skills:
  • Test automation experience is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools.
